Today on the Signorile Show

Guest / 2:30pm EST - Today, the Illinois House will be voting on its version of a marriage equality bill that had passed in the Senate earlier this month.  Rick Garcia, Senior Policy Adviser with The Civil Rights Agenda, returns to the show today to talk about the likelihood of the bill getting through the House.

Guest / 3:30pm EST - Next month, the Supreme Court of the United States will be hearing cases regarding Prop 8 and DOMA.  The past few weeks, there have been briefs filed by the different parties involved in the cases, as well as some other friend of the court briefs.  This past weekend, the White House filed one regarding DOMA, but will they file on addressing Prop 8 by the end of the week?  Ari Ezra Waldman, Towleroad contributor and Brooklyn Law Professor returns to the show today to discuss what we could expect the White House to say if and when they file their brief.

Guest / 4:30pm EST - Yesterday, we talked about Yahoo's announcement that it would no longer allow its employees to work from home.  This change in company policy impacts women more dramatically than men.  Irin Carmon of Salon joins us today to talk about how working from home is a women's issue.
