Today on the Signorile Show

2:30pm ET - Author Robert A. Schanke joins us today to talk about his new book, Queer Theater and The  Legacy of Cal Yeomans, which explores the life and work of the almost forgotten Cal Yeomans, a pioneer of gay theater.

3:30pm ET - Mia Macy is one of two transgender people who were victims of workplace discrimination and recently won her lawsuit, Macy v Holder, in which she challenged the ATF's discrimination against her.  Mia Macy, along with her attorney Teresa S. Renaker, join us this afternoon to talk about the case, her win, and what precedent this case sets for future transgender lawsuits.

4:30pm ET - It's been several weeks since the Supreme Court handed down its decisions for Proposition 8 and DOMA, but the Prop 8 proponents are still bitter, asking the California Supreme Court to enforce a ban on gay marriages.  The Court has rejected their request.  Jennifer Pizer of Lambda Legal returns to the program to help us sort out what other options Prop 8 backers will be exploring to stop marriages and the likelihood that they could be stopped in the state.
