Today on the Signorile Show

2:30pm ET - Noah Michelson, Editor of Huffington Posts Gay Voices, returns to the show to help us close out the week talking to us about the LGBT stories that made headlines this week.

3:30pm ET - New York health care premiums will drop an estimated 50 percent as a result of the Affordable Care Act, joining four other states - Oregon, Montana, California, and Louisiana - in reporting lower than expected rates in the law's new health care marketplace.  Igor Volsky, Managing Editor with Think Progress, joins us this afternoon to talk about these drops.

4:00pm ET - New York City Mayoral Candidate Bill De Blasio joins us today to talk about his race, the major issues affecting the city, and what he plans to do if he's elected Mayor of New York City. (***RESCHEDULING FOR NEXT WEEK***)

4:30pm ET - Rolling Stone has been getting a lot of baclach after their decision to feature Dzhokhar Tsarnaev on the cover of the magazine.  Many stores, like CVS, have refused to put it on their stands and others are vowing to boycott the issue.  Erik Wemple, Media Columnist with The Washington Post, joins us to talk about the reactions to the cover.
