3:30pm ET - Recently, a judge in New Mexico ordered clerks in Bernalilo and Santa Fe County to begin issuing marriage licenses to gay and lesbian couples.  Since then, several other counties have followed their lead.  Peter Simonson, Executive Director of the ACLU New Mexico, joins us this afternoon to discuss the cases and what they mean for marriage equality in New Mexico.

4:30pm ET - Enrollment in the programs offered through the Affordable Care Act begins in October, a number of Republicans have been working to stall efforts to get uninsured Americans signed up for the program.  Igor Volsky, Managing Editor with Think Progress, returns to the show to update us on the latest happening with the ACA.
