Today on the Signorile Show

3:35pm ET - Abu Anas al-Libi, one of the FBI's most wanted for his alleged role in a 1998 bombing of US Embassies in Africa, was recently captured and is being held on the USS San Antonio.  This is another incident in an emerging pattern of the Unite States hold suspected terrorists captive on warships in international waters.  Joining us today to discuss this latest detention option under the Obama Administration is Laura Pitter, Senior Counterterrosism Researcher with Human Rights Watch.

4:35pm ET - Recently, the United Kingdom announced that it was developing software that would not only protect them from cyber attacks, but would also give them the ability to launch cyber attacks of their own.  Hayes Brown, National Security Reporter with Think Progress, joins us this afternoon to talk about cyber attack programs and the future of cyber warfare.
