Today on the Signorile Show...

3:35pm ET - The President is close to a decision as to how to handle the metadata the NSA handles when dealing with potential terror suspects, urging Congress to draft legislation.  From reports, it looks as though the data would be stored by phone companies and would only be accessible to the NSA through warrants.  Brett Kaufman, National Security Fellow with the ACLU joins us this afternoon to explain these developments and what other options the President has.

4:35pm ET - Maureen Ogle, author of In Meat We Trust: An Unexpected History Of Carnivore America, joins us today to discuss her latest book in which she looks at the extensive history of the meat industry in America.
