Today on the Signorile Show

3:35pm ET - Nancy Leong, Constitutional Law Professor with the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law, will be in the court room today and returns to the show this afternoon to give us her analysis of the arguments before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals regarding Utah's Marriage Ban.

4:35pm ET - We've talked a lot on the show about E-cigarettes and the variety of study's and laws revolving around this new world of smoking.  Earlier this week, we discussed a piece by Dr. Ruth Macklin, Professor of Epidemiology and Population Health with the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, as to whether or not liquid nicotine is helping people quit or hooking younger people into smoking.  She joins us today to talk all about it.
