Today on the Signorile Show

3:35pm ET - Today, on a day known as Equal Pay Day, President Obama signed an Executive Order that would protect employees of Federal Contractors from retaliation when discussing salary and wages, in a step that would give equal pay for equal work and help women.  How will this Executive Order work and what more does Congress need to do in order to balance the workplace for women?  Dr. Kelly Dittmar, Assistant Research Professor with the Center for American Women and Politics at Rutgers University, join us today to explain.

4:35pm ET - We spoke last week about the easy access young people have to pornography and whether or not there is evidence that proves that this access impacts the way adolescents view things like sex and relationships.  Joining us to talk about the issue is Eric Owens, Assistant Professor at West Chester University in Pennsylvania and Co-Author of "The Impact of Internet Pornography on Adolescents: A Review of the Research".
