Today on the Signorile Show

3:35pm ET - Over the past few weeks, we've seen Senator Harry Reid and Democrats shed more light on the Koch Brothers and their financial contributions to Republicans in Washington and across the country.  We've spoken a number of times about this focus, with many making comparisons that this is like contributions from unions or other well off liberal backers.  Huffington Posts Paul Blumenthal joins us this afternoon to explain why the comparisons don't add up and what influence their 'dark money' has.

4:35pm ET - In Iowa, there is a law that punishes those who are living with HIV and do not disclose it to those with whom they may be in a relationship with.  Should they not disclose this information, they are subjected to jail time and penalties among other punishments.  There is an effort now to repeal this law.  Tami Haught, who is on the Board of Directors with the SERO Project, has been working with legislators in Iowa to repeal this law and Donald Baxter, an Iowa man living with HIV, who had been punished under this law join us today to tell their stories and share the work they've done.
