Newt Gingrich has flip-flopped on Libya to attack Obama, now saying we shouldn't be in Libya when he previously said the president was slow to act. House Speaker John Boehner too, going from neutral to opposed.. How much of the Obama criticism on Libya is opportunistic and hypocritical -- particularly from Republicans -- and does it matter? This was great news and a big step forward for the LGBT community and marriage equality. Does this decision go further than marriage and help to further efforts for other issues, like the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA)? Civil rights litigator and former lead council for ENDA in the House of Representatives, Tico Almeida, joins us today to explain how this decision on DOMA helps to further ENDA.
