Today on the Signorile Show

Guest / 3:30pm EST - Last year, we saw activist group GetEQUAL focus the media spotlight on the repeal effort of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell," by staging sit ins at legislators offices and handcuffing themselves to the White House fence. They are currently facing charges for one such protest in front of the White House last November, which could have them serving a maximum six month jail sentence. Robin McGehee, co-founder of GetEQUAL and one of the GetEQUAL 13, joins us this afternoon to explain the charges.

Guest / 4:30pm EST - Authorities in Washington have been drafting legislation to phase out Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the government controlled mortgage financiers. Some experts are saying this could be a problem for middle class home buyers. Thomas Ferguson, professor of political science at UMass Boston and Senior Fellow at the Roosevelt Institute, joins us today to explain what happens if these two institutions are eliminated.
