Guest / 4:30pm EST - In June, several LGBT rights groups wrote a letter to the Department of Health and Human Services, asking them to address protections for Transgender Americans.  Yesterday, new came out that the HHS released a memo affirming that the Affordable Care Act will include protections for transgender people.  Mara Kiesling, president of the National Center for Transgender Equality, returns to the program today to talk about the protections.
