3:30pm ET - Today, a Federal Judge ruled that NYPD's "Stop & Frisk" policies violate New Yorker's Civil Liberties and Civil Rights.  The judge also appointed a Federal Monitor to oversee the reform of the practices.  Today, Donna Lieberman, Executive Director of NYCLU, joins us to talk about what this means for the "Stop & Frisk" policy moving forward.
