Today on the Signorile Show

3:30pm ET - Mark Follman, Senior Editor at Mother Jones, returns to the show to speak about the shooting at the Washington Navy Yard and the increase of mass shootings in this country not only over the past 30 years, but the high numbers since Newtown in December of last year.

4:30pm ET - Yesterday, news broke that Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallon has ordered the states National Guard to stop issuing benefits for military couples who are gay and lesbian.  This is the 4th such case, with Texas, Mississippi, and Louisiana refusing to give these benefits to gay and lesbian military couples.  Chris Rowzee, National Guard Affairs Spokesperson with The American Military Partner Association, joins us to discuss why these states are doing this and what they are doing to make sure these families get their benefits.
