Today on the Signorile Show

3:35pm ET - There are several marriage equality cases we've been paying attention to on the show over the past few days -- New Jersey, Michigan, Virginia -- cases that have gotten a push from the Supreme Courts DOMA decision over the summer.  James Esseks, Director of the ACLU's Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender & AIDS Project, returns to the show to offer some insight on where the momentum is on these cases.

4:35pm ET - Three poultry plants in California are the source of a recent Salmonella outbreak and have been allow to remain open, despite concerns.  Why have they only been placed under surveillance and not closed until the problem is resolved?  Caroline Smith DeWaal, Food Safety Director with the Center for Science in the Public Interest, joins us to explain why they remain open.
