Today on the Signorile Show

3:35pm ET - Recently, Tippi McCullough, an English Teacher at Mount St. Mary's Acadamy in Little Rock, was fired from her job for marrying her wife, Barb Mariani.  The school stated that gay marriage went against the schools religious teachings.  Heather Cronk, Co-Director of GetEqual, returns to the show to discuss the importance of the Employment Non-Discrimination Act and the religious exceptions and why those exemptions need to be questioned.

4:35pm ET - We talk a lot on the show about the Tea Party and their impact not only within the Republican Party, but how it is effecting the larger political world.  But how does the Tea Party see itself -- as individuals and as a group?  Lynn Stuart Parramore, Senior Editor with Alternet, looks at the Tea Party and what it is they are so afraid of.
