Today on the Signorile Show

3:35pm ET - The DC Circuit is set to rule on a major decision regarding net neutrality that could have dramatic effects on the way we use the internet.  Joining us today to talk about net neutrality and the impact of this ruling is Sarah Morris, Senior Policy Counsel for Open Technology at the New America Foundation.

4:35pm ET - Jeff Fager, the Executive Producer for 60 Minutes, recently admitted to Michael Calderone of the Huffington Post that they were aware that Dylan Davies, a key source in a Benghazi report, had lied about his whereabouts on the night of the embassy attacks.  They moved forward with the story without vetting Davies further, which led to a huge backlash and Lara Logan apologizing for their mistake at the closing of the show last night.  Greg Mitchell, reporter with The Nation, joins us today to talk about this scandal and what's next for CBS.
