Today on the Signorile Show

3:35pm ET - On Monday, Senate Republicans filibustered President Obama's third nominee to the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit.  Now the Democrats have two options, they can either walk away or they can try to change the rules and take away the Republicans ability to filibuster certain nominees.  Jennifer Bendery of Huffington Post joins us this afternoon to explain.

4:35pm ET - Friday, November 15th was the deadline for the National Organization for Marriage to release their 2012 Federal Tax Returns, which were originally due on May 15th but since then, NOM has filed two extensions.  The tax returns have been released, showing that NOM is in the red by more than $2.7 million as a result of excessive spending by the political advocacy arm of the organization   Joining us to talk about their tax returns and give us the history behind NOM withholding this information is Fred Karger, founder of Rights Equal Rights.
