Today on the Signorile Show

3:35pm ET - Dayna Morales is a server at the Gallop Asian Bistro in Bridgewater, New Jersey and was recently the victim of a homophobic encounter when a family of diners refused her a tip and left a note condeming her "lifestyle".  Since this incident, she has received an outpouring of support and donations, a portion of which she has decided to donate to the Wounded Warriors Project.  She joins us today to talk about her story.

4:35pm ET - The Justice Department asked the National Research Council to study how effective the Federal Government is at measuring rape.  The report found that The National Crime Victimization Survey is dramatically undercounting rape and sexual assault among women.  Emily Bazelon of Slate.com has been covering this story and returns to the show to discuss it.
