Today on the Signorile Show

3:30pm ET - Last month, the marriage equality bill was signed into law by Governor Abercrombie; Hawaii Representative Bob McDermott has now filed a lawsuit that seeks to overturn this law, which will get a hearing in January.  Rep. McDermott joins us today to talk about the work he is doing to try and repeal the marriage equality law.

4:30pm ET - Yesterday, the Nonhuman Rights Project filed a lawsuit on behalf of Tommy, a chimpanzee, the first of three suits being filed this week. The lawsuits are asking a judge for legal personhood recognition for Tommy and the other Chimp. Communications Director of Nonhuman Rights Project, Michael Mountain, joins us to talk about the lawsuits.
