Today on the Signorile Show

3:35pm ET - The Virginia Department of Taxation recently decide that it would treat legally married same-sex couples differently than the US IRS.  This will create a number of challenges for not only married couples but also businesses that offer federal benefits to employees with same-sex spouses; joining us to talk about it is Claire Guthrie Gastanaga, Executive Director of the ACLU of Virginia.

4:35pm ET - Mother Jones reporter Dana Liebelson writes about where our clothes come from, chronicling a recent trip to India to interview young women who have worked under brutal conditions in textile factories that create inexpensive clothes for the Western world, and she joins us to talk about her new piece.
