3:35pm ET - As much as 7,500 gallons of the coal-cleaning chemical, 4-methylcyclohexan methanol, spilled into the Elk River in West Virginia.  Joining us to talk about the spill an the environmental impact is Kate Sheppard, Environment and Energy Editor with Huffington Post.

4:35pm ET - Recently, Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan approved a bill that bans gay marriage and same-sex partnerships, which says anyone that enters into a same-sex marriage or union could be sentenced to 14 years in prison. Nigerian LGBT activist Davis Mac-Iyalla joins us to talk about the bill and what impact it's having on the LGBT community in Nigeria.
