4:35pm ET - We've seen quite the momentum regarding the good news for marriage equality happening in several states, like Utah, Oklahoma, and Virginia.  However, one state that is trying to reverse course is Indiana, where it is already illegal for gay and lesbian couples to get married, but we've seen the Republican legislature pushing to pass an anti-marriage amendment in the states Constitution.  How likely is it that we see this ban pass?  Jennifer Wagner, Spokesperson with Freedom Indiana, joins us today to explain.
