3:35pm ET - We've focused a lot on the Hobby Lobby case that was before the Supreme Court earlier this week and what some of the concerns coming from the Justices.  David Gans, Director of Human Rights, Civil Rights, and Citizenship Program with the Constitutional Accountability Center, joins us today to offer insight from what he noticed sitting in the courtroom.

4:25pm ET - We've discussed Scott Lively and his very anti-gay positions on the show many times before -- whether it be his impact on the horrifically homophobic laws in several Africa nations and most recently blaming gays for the crisis in Ukraine.  He recently announced he was running for Governor of Massachusetts and he'll speak with us about his decision and we'll also get into a number of his anti-gay claims.
