Today on the Signorile Show

3:35pm ET - Katty Kay, Anchor for BBC World News America, joins us this afternoon to speak about The Confidence Code: The Science And Art Of Self-Assurance - What Women Should To Know, a new book she co-authored with Claire Shipman, which looks at the lack of confidence many successful women feel about themselves and what they can do to overcome it.

4:35pm ET - In October, the US Supreme Court heard arguments in the case of Schuette v. Coalition to Defend Affirmative Action, which focused on a 2006 Michigan ballot measure, Proposition 2, which "amended the state Constitution to prohibit discrimination or preferential treatment in public education, government contracting, and public employment.' Today, a decision was handed down in which upheld what the Michigan voters.  Emily Bazelon of Slate.com returns to the show today to discuss this case and her predictions that it was a case Liberals would lose and "probably deserved to lose."
