On Today's Show

We're back from 4th of July weekend, rested, recharged -- well, almost -- and ready for another great week of programming.

Throughout the show today we'll review the nasty legacy of recently deceased homophobic troglodyte Jesse Helms. His death was truly one of the highlights of our weekend.

At 3:30 EST director Tom Kalin will join us to talk about his new film Savage Grace. The film is based on the true story of the dysfunctional, incestuous relationship between heiress Barbara Daly Baekeland and her son. It stars Julianne Moore.

Then at 4:30 EST we'll talk to Journalist Craig Seymour about his book All I Could Bare: My Life in the Strip Clubs of Gay Washington, D.C. Seymour worked as both a male stripper and an American studies Ph.D. student at the University of Maryland, doing his, um, research in the clubs.

Tune into the Michelangelo Signorile Show weekdays from 2-6 p.m. EST on Sirius Satellite Radio’ s OutQ, Channel 109. Not a subscriber? Listen online at any time by getting a free three-day pass.
