It's time once again for our annual Angel of the Year Awards, and our Gassie Awards -- Gasbags, Monsters, Liars, Hypocrites and Total Freaks from Hell.

We'll be taking your nominations throughout today's show on the phones, and we've already taken a lot from Facebook and Twitter, but feel free to keep posting.
