Fifth Anniversary
Today is the fifth anniversary of the show and of Sirius OutQ, and we'll be looking back on all of the celebratory, sad, angering and funny moments over these past five years. Lots of clips from interviews and caller discussions, and we'll be taking a lot of your calls. The show is only three hours today. During our regular last hour of the show, at 5 p.m. ET, there will be a special two-hour news retrospective: Sirius OutQ News: Five Years in Review.
This has been a extraordinary experience. Watching Sirius and OutQ grow -- and seeing the audience expand astronomically -- has been enormous. We've been through a lot together: the 2004 election; Katrina; marriage in Massachusetts; the invasion of Iraq and all the sorrows and horrors of the war; the Supreme Court overturning of sodomy laws; a thousand (at least) Bush scandals, and many more highs and lows. Call in with all your thoughts looking back on this amazing five years.
