Gay "Split" over Election?

Lesbian syndicated columnist Deb Price discusses the fact that the "bipartisan" Human Rights Campaign endorsed Obama -- which to me was a no brainer -- while Log Cabin Republicans look like they're going lather it on for McCain. She talks about the possibility that the GLBT vote will "split," which is a pretty strong word and something I can't fathom. Then again, with 23% of the GLB vote having gone to Bush in 2004 (according to exit polls) it's perhaps not that inconceivable that a larger amount might be deluded enough to vote for McCain. What do you think?
