Standardized Testing

New York City health officials want to test every adult living in the Bronx for HIV over the next three years. While making HIV testing a routine part of medical visits is a good thing, we'd like to see more discussion and awareness about the virus -- and how not to become infected, based on science and not morality-- in general.
