The Man Who Brought Down the House

Lane Hudson was a hero to us all when he exposed Mark Foley's online escapades and perhaps did more than anyone else at bringing the Republican House down and helping the Democrats to get control of Congress in 2006. His reward: He was fired from the Human Rights Campaign.

But he's on his feet and doing great work. I'm happy to have gotten to know Lane and consider him a friend. Was glad to see this article in The Politico that looks back on what happened and updates us on Lane's work now. Give it a read.
