Lieberman Melts Down

Joe Lieberman may have confirmed that he isn't just a playful thorn in the side of democrats, but that he really is a poor deluded soul. Wanting so badly to help his fellow Republicans celebrate the "success of the surge" in Iraq, he buddied up with the anti-gay Lindsey Graham to introduce a resolution in the Senate on the administrations success in "the central front of the war on terror".

The only problem is that his complete quote is: "the central front of the war on terror against the enemies who attacked America on 9-11".

Yeah, we know, only the twenty-something percent who still support good 'ole W, and Joe Lieberman are still tying Iraq and 9-11 together, even the Pentagon has thrown in the towel on that one. So we are now considering the fact that Lieberman doesn't just have his head so far up conservative ass that he can't see where the front is, but maybe he has been completely brainwashed; either way the repubs can have him anytime he wants to make his allegiance official.
