Yet another empty diversion by the McCain campaign, as they continue lying about McCain and Palin's record, even after the lies have been pointed out in the media. Now they're charging sexism over Obama's using the phrase "lipstick on a pig." Obama wasn't even talking about Palin -- he was talking about McCain -- but that said, McCain used the phrase himself about Hillary Clinton, Obama uses the phrase all time time, and it was Palin who called herself a pitbull in lipstick. The Obama campaign responds:
Enough is enough. The McCain campaign’s attack tonight is a pathetic attempt to play the gender card about the use of a common analogy – the same analogy that Senator McCain himself used about Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton’s health care plan just last year. This phony lecture on gender sensitivity is the height of cynicism and lays bare the increasingly dishonorable campaign John McCain has chosen to run.
