More Obama Double Standards

In yet another example of how the Obama administration bends and changes the laws to find justice for one group, while claiming -- when it comes to gays -- that it must follow the law as it is until the law is changed: The administration had decided that an abused Guatamalan woman can get asylum but after lots of pressure, including from John Kerry, a Brazilian gay man forced to separate from his legal husband can not. Sure, physical abuse isn't equivalent to forced separation, but the point here is that the Obama administration changes law, redefines law, decides not to use the law (federal drug policy on medical marijuana is another example) every day -- except with it comes to immigration for gay people, military policy for gay people (DADT) and marriage law (DOMA) for gay people.
