Today on the Signorile Show

Could "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" repeal really be right around the corner? Or is the "deal" we've all heard about taking the power to repeal from Congress and handing it to White House and Defense Department, and how long will that take? We'll get into all the details and take your calls on what you think. Meanwhile, continue to urge you to call your Senator's and Representative as well as those who are on the Committee's who are on the fence about repeal: 202-224-3121.

It is DAY 35 since the oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico and there is still no end in sight. Thousands of gallons of oil continue to flow into the Gulf as reports are now saying that the oil is starting to wash up on shorelines and effecting marsh lands in the South East United States. And while BP ignores the EPA and dumps toxic dispersants to break up the oil slicks, many critics are wondering whose in charge of the clean up efforts: BP or the Government. We'll talk about the criticisms local officials have of the administration and BP today.

Guest / 3:30pm EST - Aubrey Sarvis, executive director at the Servicemembers Legal Defense Network, joins us this afternoon to discuss the compromise coming out of the White House about getting repeal for "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" complete and the meeting he attended yesterday that hashed out this compromise.

Guest / 4:30pm EST - Claudia Wright is a retired school teacher, a part-time college gender studies professor and a lesbian. And she is also the Democratic candidate challenging current Democrat, Rep. Jim Matheson, in a primary next month for US Congress. She joins us this afternoon to talk about her campaign and the likelihood of winning in Utah.

Latest in the CIA's insanity: They tried to make a gay sex tape of Saddam Hussein to discredit him.

Why is a gay man running John McCain's antigay campaign and shouldn't the media be reporting on it? We will.

The FBI has released a report suggesting that threats against members of the US Congress is on the rise -- "up 300 percent in the first few months of 2010." We'll get into what the FBI details in its report this afternoon.
