Guest / 3:30pm EST - Earlier this week, the 11th Circuit Court Of Appeals upheld a 2010 from Georgia's lower courts, saying that the General Assembly's Office discriminated Vandy Beth Glenn, a former proofreader with the General Assembly's Office, because she had began the process of transitioning. She joins us today, along with her lawyer Greg Nevins of Lambda Legal, to discuss the ruling.
