Today On The Michelangelo Signorile Show!

4:35pm ET - In March, Democratic Senator Kirsten Gillibrand of New York unsuccessfully attempted to pass the Military Justice Improvement Act, which would strip commanders of the power to determine whether to prosecute sex assaults and would instead grant that power to independent military prosecutors.  Sexual assault is extremely common in the military, and what may surprise most people is that more than half of the victims are men.  Joining us to discuss this problem and what the military is doing about it is Nathaniel Penn, whose recent piece in GQ tells the stories of these men and explains how their traumatic experiences have altered their lives, careers, and future relationships.
