Today On The Signorile Show!

3:35pm ET - Yesterday it was announced that Louisiana Federal Judge Martin Feldman, a Reagan appointee, upheld Louisiana's ban on marriage equality, and according to Ari Ezra Waldman, Associate Professor of Law and the Director of the Institute for Information Law and Policy at New York Law School, he did so in a haphazard opinion which is remarkable only for its outdated language and subtly hateful rhetoric.  Ari joins us today to discuss the ruling and how it will affect the struggle for marriage equality in the United States.  You can also follow Ari on twitter and facebook.

4:35pm ET - In recent weeks, the announcement that a group of four college students have developed an innovative nail polish that can detect date rape drugs that have been slipped into young women’s drinks has taken the media by storm, but while the product has captured its share of headlines, sexual assault prevention advocates warn that it’s not necessarily the best way to approach the sexual assault epidemic on college campuses.  Joining us to discuss this innovation and why it has some sexual assault prevention advocates concerned is Tara Culp-Ressler, the health editor for ThinkProgress.  You can also follow Tara on twitter.
