provocateur and gotcha-filmmaker James O’Keefe who is perhaps best known as the undercover pimp, who
wrongfully targeted the community organizing group ACORN, is at it again, and
this time he has created a fake LGBT group to ‘Expose’ Voter Fraud in
Colorado. Joining us today to discuss

4:35pm ET - Last April the nation
was shocked at the news of the painful and protracted death of Clayton D. Lockett who was executed in Oklahoma by means of lethal injection. This botched execution raised many questions
about how and why we as a society deem it necessary to kill people in our quest
for justice. Since 2007, six states have
abolished the death penalty, bringing the current total of states without
capital punishment to 18, and in past rulings the Supreme Court has banned the
execution of juveniles and people with intellectual disabilities. The court also has ruled that the
Constitution forbids executing the severely mentally ill, however according to Stephanie Mencimer of Mother Jones the justices have been wary
of laying down guidelines to determine, in effect, how crazy is too crazy. Stephanie joins us today to discuss the use
of capital punishment on the mentally ill and explains the troubling case of
