The Michelangelo Signorile Show on SiriusXM PROGRESS ch.127

Tomorrow, Arizona, Idaho, and Utah will head to the polls and vote in their states primaries.  And, while he didn’t win any states in last week’s mini-Super Tuesday, Senator Bernie Sanders is standing firm, saying of the Clinton Campaign while in Arizona, “I don’t believe they have an insurmountable lead”.  Returning to speak with me now about their efforts for tomorrow’s primaries is Symone Sanders, National Press Secretary for Senator Bernie Sanders…

As Trump is looking more and more like the Republican nomination for President, people are starting to take a closer look at the candidate and his business dealings, and one particular aspect of his empire that has been receiving more and more scrutiny is Trump University.  Since it began, the real estate classes which bare Trump’s name have been enveloped in controversy and litigation with countless claims of misleading and fraudulent practices from scores of former students who argue that they were deceived into handing over thousands of dollars as a result of tantalizing promises of riches.  Joining me today to talk all about his experience at Trump University and why he feels it was an absolute con, is Robert Guillo who attended Trump University and has filed an affidavit in the New York case against the school.

Following the Iranian revolution in 1979, the country became closed off for the most part to the west, and what little information did make it out made the nation seem like a sinister presence looming over the horizon.  However, inside the country, things were not always as the media would have it appear, in her new book Children of Paradise: The Struggle for the Soul of Iran veteran journalist Laura Secor tells the story of the efforts of various religious thinkers, political operatives, poets, journalists, and activists who have all struggled to reform Iran and reimagine what the country can be.  Laura joins me today on the show to talk all about the book and the struggle for the soul of Iran.
