Today on the Signorile Show

Guest / 3:30pm EST - Andrea Ritchie, co-author of Queer (In)Justice: The Criminalization of LGBT People in the United States, joins us this afternoon to talk about the inequalities we see in the legal system when it comes to the treatment of gay, lesbian and transgender people as victims and offenders.

Guest / 4:30pm EST - At the end of last week, we saw the Maryland marriage equality bill, the Civil Marriage Protection Act, passed in committee in the Maryland House of Delegates by 12-10. While it was expected to go through the Maryland House with little resistance, there had been a few hurdles prior to Friday's vote. David Lublin, Co-chair of Equality Maryland's Legislative Committee and mayor of Chevy Chase, joins us this afternoon to talk about what happened and what these means as equality moves forward in Maryland.
