Airlines to Charge a "Weight Fee?"

On Friday on the show we discussed a report , coming on the heals of American airline charging people for their first checked bag, that at least one airline is thinking about charging passengers by weight -- and charge extra, we assume, for those who are overweight (or, rather, the airlines' definition of that).
