On Today's Show

What a weekend! But we're back for this short holiday week, and have a lot to do on today's show. We'll look at pride around the world, ponder why John McCain doesn't know the price of gas, talk about the ongoing patriotism wars, give out some books in our Summer Beach Read Book Blowout, expose more of the Christian fundie hypocrisy and so much more!

In the third hour of the show we'll get you up to speed on last weekend's boycott of the Human Rights Campaign's fundraising dinner in San Francisco. At 4:30 EST San Francisco Supervisor Tom Ammiano will join us. Ammiano (along with many city officials) supported the boycott against HRC for their tortured flip-flops over trans protection in the Employment Non Discrimination Act last year.

Tune into the Michelangelo Signorile Show weekdays from 2-6 p.m. EST on Sirius Satellite Radio’ s OutQ, Channel 109. Not a subscriber? Listen online at any time by getting a free three-day pass.
