Supremes on Death Penalty

We talked about this earlier on the show today, the Supreme Court decision overturning the states on giving the death penalty for child rape. I was glad by the decision, but blown away once again by how close it was. Another reason why we can't have John McCain as president, even though Obama claims he disagrees with the high court's decision. (It's typical and disappointing politics but I just don't believe he'd actually put a justice on the court who would vote with the creepy minority in this case).
