You Be the Judge

Judge Alex Kozinski, Chief Judge of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, has stopped a closely-watched obscenity trial he was presiding over after it was revealed he has posted sexually explicit content on his website in the past:

"Among the images on the site were a photo of naked women on all fours painted to look like cows and a video of a half-dressed man cavorting with a sexually aroused farm animal. He defended some of the adult content as "funny" but conceded that other postings were inappropriate."

The site also included "extensive" photos of masturbation, public sex and contortionist sex. What makes this even weirder is that the images were part of a website Kozinski shares with his family and that his son Yale admitted to posting at least some of the pictures. Ok, so this story doesn't rank as high on the crazy meter as the famous "Penis Pump Judge", but it's still pretty good. We'll probably be getting into this on the show today. Does the fact that he has this website mean that there is a "conflict of interest" when it comes to ruling on obscenity? What? Clarence Thomas doesn't look at porn? No naughty online accounts for "bachelor" judge David Souter?
