Message in a Mailbox

We know we've covered the botched investigation into 2001 Anthrax attacks quite a bit on the show lately, but many pieces of the government's case against the supposed attacker/mad scientist Bruce Ivins still don't add up. The latest "puzzling" development is that none of the hair samples pulled from the mailbox where the anthrax letters were mailed from match Ivins hair. This case really has been mismanged from the begining, hasn't it?
