On Today's Show

Third hour (4:30 EST): Gay nightclub dancer Steven Paul Hirschfield jumped off a chartered cruise ship filled with gay pride revelers and into San Diego Bay Saturday. He was shot nearly 30 minutes later by Harbor Police who said he attacked them. We'll be joined by L.A. attorney Brian Claypool, representing Hirschfield's parents, who are pursuing a federal civil rights lawsuit, and seeking $20 million in damages. They insist Steven was not violent and that gay bias by police is at the heart of the dancer's death.
