The Eagle Has Landed

What a treat! Eagle Forum leader and anti-feminist Phyllis Schlafly sat down with me for the last ten minutes of our show. You remember her self-loathing son was outed in NYQ magazine back in the 90s ("He was one of the first ones targeted," according to her). She actually disagreed with Giuliani and the rest of the gang, saying Sarah Palin is not a victim of sexism (since she doesn't believe in sexism) and said she's got to "teach the men" about the "feminists." We also talked about her son. Over the next few days I'll get some more audio up of many of these interviews we did. And we have a bunch of video too.

Now, we're headed outside, where 1500 protester are facing riot police. Then back on the floor tonight for McCain's speech.
