Rick Jacobs, founder and chair of the Courage Campaign, an online organizing network that empowers more than 700,000 grassroots and netroots activists to push for progressive change and equality in California, said after spending more than $200,000 in "qualitative research" on same sex marriage in California has now said "We do not see a path to victory" to challenge Prop 8 in 2010, and instead go for 2012 -- something the Courage Campaign was reluctant to do.
