Today On The Michelangelo Signorile Show!

3:35pm ET - Yesterday the NewYork Times published an investigation into the alleged involvement of New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and his offices interference with an anti-corruption panel that he created in 2013 in response to the failure of the state Legislature to pass campaign finance reform legislation.  The revelations in the Times article showed that top Cuomo aides worked to stymie investigations by the Commission to Investigate Public Corruption into political firms hired by the governor and major donors to the governor's campaigns.  Joining us to explain the allegations and what this means for New York’s Democratic Governor is Paul Blumenthal of The Huffington Post. You can also follow Paul on twitter and facebook.

4:35pm ET - One Day after issuing their ruling in Burwell v. Hobby Lobby the Supreme Court ordered all lower courts to rehear all religious challenges to the Affordable Care Act in light of Hobby Lobby.   What this all means for the ACA and how it will affect LGBT Americans remains unclear.  Joining us today to discuss how broad the decision will turn out to be and what the implications are for LGBT people is  AriEzra Waldman, an Associate Professor of Law and Director of the Institute for Information Law and Policy at New York Law School.  You can also follow Ari on twitter and facebook.
